I am really happy with the quality, value and comfort of my new glasses, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I have tried to leave a Google review but in the meantime I will leave an outstanding one here. I visited the Looe branch during a holiday as my eye was very unsightly with burst blood vessels through coughing badly. This had also resulted in coagulation of blood on the surface of my eyeball that was quite a large clot. I suffer anxiety and was beside myself with worry. the receptionist clearly empathised and rang afternoon appointments to request if they could arrive earlier to create a gap for me. Thankfully this allowed me to be seen and Abid was thorough, reassuring and put my anxiety to rest regarding the clot. Just to further reassure me, he also gave me an appointment for later in the week at the Torpoint branch. All of the staff on both branches went overboard in supporting me and putting my mind at ease. My GP was also contacted for follow on health appointments. Abid is an absolute star and the ladies in both shops were delightful too with a strong focus on the very best customer care. The greatest example of a smaller independent company offering a far wider and specialized customer care ever seen in my humble opinion. Wonderful.

Visited the Padstow Hunter & Davy store 2 years ago for a purchase. Visited Sarah today who was most welcoming. Asked for assistance refit an arm to my vintage Ray band, she was more than willing to help and what’s more did it as a courtesy, I will recommend Sarah and the store to anyone reading this or who I meet. Real customer service, genuine helpful friendliness and a welcoming smile. What else can you ask for, thank you.
