I received superb and highly-professional service at my eye examination this morning. I was offered the “extra” of a CT scan of my eyes, which after some hesitation I took (cost £30). I was very pleased that I had because the scan presented detailed in-depth pictures of my eyes which were then discussed with the optician. As someone who has had severe myopia and some other eye problems over the years, it was very reassuring to be given the all clear after such a detailed examination. Also, the “regular” eye test was as efficient and detailed as I have ever received. Well done all involved.

The professionalism of all at Huxter and Davey in Looe has outshone anywhere else I have ever been. My new prescription has given me superbly clear vision. Following advice, I ordered Hoya Myself lenses which have proved to be super clear and precise at all distances. I was helped to choose my frames with such care and patience, no rushing and plenty of time to make a decision. They also arrived within a week! A very friendly team. I couldn’t have done it without you. A huge thank you to all of you.

Called in today to browse sunglasses…..very friendly ,helpful and patient guy helped my mum and offered sincere and genuine advise and opinions…..can strongly recommend this practice ….we didn’t purchase as I am a dispensing optician when not on holiday so can source specs at home but appreciate the time and good service we received today ….thankyou !
