I had the pleasure of meeting Sarah R today in the Padstow, great to deal with and a huge asset to the company.

Yesterday on holiday, I asked for assistance in adjusting my glasses (varifocals) as I could no longer see clearly via any of the prescriptions. Sarah R. Was most helpful and without charge quickly adjusted them until I could see very clearly. Very grateful for her knowledge and politeness. If I lived in Padstow H&D would be my opticians! Our family have been going to this opticians for over 15 years and I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else, glasses can be pricey, the service provided by your gorgeous staff makes every penny worth it. Aftercare is a dying art but not at Hunter & Davy and this is what keeps us coming back for more. Thanks guys

I went in a few weeks ago for my first appointment at For Your Eyes Only. I had some eye health issues last year so I was quite nervous but Jenny was very kind and quickly put me at ease. Although I didn’t need new glasses this time, my contact lens prescription arrived really quickly and I’ll definitely go back – all the staff were lovely and I wasn’t given the hard sell, which I appreciated. Very happy!

Helpful, friendly and very professional , re shaped my glasses ( sat on !) , wouldn’t accept payment. Thank you ladies for your prompt and smiley service today. Will be back.

Couldn’t be any happier with the Kingsbridge Branch The whole experience at the Kingsbridge branch was fabulous, the team are friendly and professional, Danielle, who carried out my eye test was very thorough and Tom is so helpful ensuring that I had the best options for me. I am really happy with the quality, value and comfort of my new glasses, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Whilst on holiday the arm of my wife’s reading glasses became detached. We took the screw and the broken glasses to Huxter and Davy in Padstow. We enquired if they had a repair service and could they inform us how much it would cost? The helpful member of staff kindly took the glasses and repaired them for us free of charge. Great service, and if we resided in the area we would use them as our opticians of choice.

Excellent service, on time, polite, knowledgable and no hard sell for glasses.
