Great Customer Service. Needed my glasses fixed. After 10 minutes in the shop they were repaired and there was no charge. So what you might say but I didn’t buy the glasses from them but I will next time.

Visited the Padstow opticians and an extremely nice lady called Claire fixed my loose glasses leg. Gave me some very good advice and suggestions on how to keep the lenses from being scratched.My friend and I commented on how friendly and helpful she was.Thank you for helping us Claire.

The only word for Huxter and Davy is outstanding. Every step of the way, they are professional, welcoming and thoughtful. It’s like being with friends and the best bit is they are a local independent, not a high street chain. You won’t be disappointed!

Overall a fantastic service was provided from start to finish I was seen promptly and during my eye examination they diagnosed a slight problem which has was referred very promptly to the appropriate health centre. I also ordered a new pair of glasses from them which arrived within 2 to 3 days. All of the staff were very friendly efficient and professional I cannot recommend them highly enough Sarah and the team well done.

Huxter & Davy in Padstow have provided an exceptional service regarding replacing my Tom Ford sunglasses when they had a fault. I had bought the sunglasses whilst on holiday in Cornwall 18 months previously and when I emailed them with problem, not only did they respond immediately, they also rectified the issue and sent replacement glasses. I would like to say a huge thank you to Claire and her team. I will definitely be purchasing more glasses on my next visit to Padstow.

Our experience with Sharon and the other members of staff was second to none. We felt completely ‘rescued’ and all our optical problems solved! They were understanding and kind.
